About the event
The Night Before
On the evening of Friday, June 26th we will be holding a casual welcome barbeque for guests to drop by, connect, and enjoy some food and drinks! Further details on time and location to follow.
The Event
Guests are warmly invited to gather for our wedding ceremony on Shell Beach, a place that holds significant meaning to us. After the ceremony, guests will head into town to the Shore Pier for the reception.
Details
Guests are asked to arrive starting at 3:45 pm, with the ceremony beginning promptly at 4:30 pm. Shell Beach is accessed by a path from the Wickaninnish Inn. Guests will be guided to the beach upon arrival at the property.
Semi-formal attire is requested. Please note the path to the beach is partly gravel and woodchips, and the ceremony will take place on sand, therefore appropriate footwear is recommended. The ceremony will be going ahead rain or shine, so please prepare accordingly.
Shuttle transportation will be provided as parking, taxis and rideshares are limited in Tofino. This includes transportation to the ceremony from various pick-up locations, transportation from the ceremony to the Shore Pier reception, and transportation back to pick-up locations from the reception. Please include your accommodation address when you RSVP to assist with planning the pick-up and drop-off locations. Details for the shuttle transportation and event itinerary for the day to come.
